Watch: Clippers' Marcus Morris ejected for flagrant foul on Grizzlies' Ja Morant

Marcus Morris Sr. of the Los Angeles Clippers was ejected Tuesday night after a hard foul at the rim on Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant.

Morris, 32, was called for a foul on the play that was upgraded to a flagrant two after officials reviewed the play. Memphis had a 90-68 lead at the time of the foul and Morris exited with just three points, four rebounds and three assists.

Morant fell awkwardly after the foul, but stayed in the game and finished with 30 points. He's scored at least 30 in nine of the Grizzlies' last 10 games. Memphis went on to win the game 135-109 and improved to 38-18 on the year. The Clippers fell to 27-29.

In 2020, Morris was ejected for a foul under the basket against Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks. He was later fined $35,000 by the NBA for the play.
